How we contract and employ

• We act as a direct specialist contractor to plant owners and industrial operators,
  as a small general contractor for insulation and related trades on mid-size projects,
  or as a focused partner inside larger project structures alongside EPCs or local mechanical contractors.

• Field staff and key support roles are directly employed within the PDGroup ecosystem – no long anonymous agency chains.

• Social security, taxation and registrations are aligned with the country where the work is performed.

• Competence paths and internal certifications are managed through QICCB.
